The campsite is on the sunny slope of the hill and enjoys sunshine from early morning to early evening. It goes without saying then this quiet hillside village is remote from all sources of pollution deriving from heavy industry. Its tranquillity is only interrupted by the frames as they go about the cultivation of their tiny, well-tilled fields. The campsite (at only 400 mt from the village) is the starting point for numerous strolls along climbing and winding paths trough and over the hills which also themselves to mountain-bikers and trekkers.
