The camping village COSTA VERDE stands right next to its own beach, between Tropea and Capo Vaticano, part of the most refined, prestigious and touristically advanced stretch of coast in Calabria, and is set in greenery facing a pure and crystal clear sea (awarded the Environmental League's 'blue flag' for cleanliness). The complex, spreading over a tree-filled surface of 16,000 sq. m., facing the volcano Stromboli and the Aeolian Isles, is located in a fortunate position, far from main roads, railways and other sources of noise. In fact, the management takes care to safeguard the peacefulness, tranquillity and repose of its guests, however, without neglecting an amiable, non-intrusive animation for young people and children. Boasting masonry-built bedsits, two-bedroom apartments and cottages, offering both residence formula (rental only) and village formula (with half board), the COSTA VERDE has all conveniences and facilities provided for a comfortable, relaxing holiday: bar, market, restaurant, newsagent's, tobacconist's, panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, with small amphitheatre for evening entertainment, TV, table tennis, five-a-side football and videogames. Finally, to make a stay as enjoyable and interesting as possible, the management organises trips and excursions for its guests to the Aeolian Isles, the National Museum of Reggio Calabria, where the bronzes of Riace are exhibited, Gerace, into the Sila and to Taormina.
