Zoo Camping in Arco is surrounded by nature, in a quiet and peaceful area and is coasted by the river Sarca, perfect setting for picnics, walks with your dog or relaxing in the sun. The Salvaterra family for over thirty years been running the business. Perfect for those looking for holidays filled with sports and contact with nature in the Trentino area, Italy.
The spacious pitches vary between the shadow and the sun depending on the area. Moreover, there are also comfortable Mobile Homes and Safari Tents, an alternative to bungalows for true Glamping, able to accommodate up to seven people. They are equipped with double bedroom, bunk beds, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa foldedbed and kitchenette equipped with kitchenware. Outside, a covered veranda and parking space. Camping Zoo is attentive to the fun and relaxation of everyone, it features a large pool (12x24m) surrounded by sun terraces and fully equipped big playground where children can play safely. The new theme park area also houses a boulder wall open until 22:00. The campsite welcomes pets with no extra charge.
The Garda lake can easily be visited by bicycle (6km) from the camping. The bike route starts in the town and runs along the river bank. To the lake where thanks to a constant wind, windsurfing is a very popular sport. The lake is populated by windsurfers from early spring to late fall.Is climbing your sport Once a year the worldknown climbing competition “Rock Master” is held in Arco. Furthermore, most spots are right near the campsite, you can reach Mt. Colodri and the famous Massi di Prabi by foot and find a hundred routes and multipitch of all difficulty levels, your outdoor holidays will be filled with plenty choices. The alternatives of sports then continue with mountain biking, hiking, nordic walking, canyoning, ferrataroutes, and paragliding, and so on and so forth also for activities to do with your family.
