This clean and orderly, family-run camping park boasts plenty of greenery, flower beds, and grapevine arbors and is located in Leifers / Laives – in the immediate vicinity of numerous hiking and biking options. Thanks to the good access to major traffic arteries, our camping guests can reach the sightseeing destinations of the provincial capital of Bozen / Bolzano and the health resort of Meran / Merano free of stress and without a car.
Whether you have a trailer or a motor home / camper, want to stay in one of our comfortable bungalows made of wood or our cozy sleeping barrels, want to come for a short stay or for a lengthy camping holiday – at our family-run camping facility near Bozen / Bolzano, camping vacations in South Tyrol are a pure joy. Our camping park features individual camping sites of different sizes. They are equipped with electrical power and include cozy wooden huts, comfortable sleeping barrels, sanitary facilities with free hot water showers and sinks, an outdoor swimming pool, small indoor swimming facility, a restaurant with pizzeria, and much, much more. Far from the anonymity of giant camping parks, we place importance upon a friendly and family-like atmosphere. Peter Pfeifer, "the man with the blue apron," really enjoys walking his rounds through the Steiner Camping Park. Peter is the head man here, and keeps an eye on everything. Always happy to stop and chat with the guests, and always ready to fix a problem. Trees, flowers, arbors, the gravel-covered individual camping sites for the recreational vehicles and tents, the cozy bungalows and sleeping barrels – everything has to be cared for. Reinhard is the man at the front desk, takes care of check-ins and check-outs, and is always happy to help you with your questions. Assistant director has a lot of creative ideas to make your vacation in South Tyrol a memorable one – both at the camping park, itself, and in the adjacent restaurant with pizzeria.
